The company Nova Wealth s. r. o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”) is the operator of this website and the information systems in which it processes your personal data as the data subject.

• request access to their personal data under Article 15 of the Regulation,
• request rectification of their personal data under Article 16 of the Regulation,
• request erasure of their personal data under Article 17 of the Regulation,
• request restriction of processing under Article 18 of the Regulation,
• request data portability under Article 20 of the Regulation,
• object to data processing under Article 21 of the Regulation,
• submit a complaint or proposal for proceedings to the supervisory authority in accordance with § 100 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic,
• withdraw their consent to data processing at any time.
